REFUND POLICY
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:
Once an event has started and then cancelled due to rain, lightning or any other reason out of the control of the event director the following guidelines will be in place. All monies not refunded as part of these guidelines can and should be credited to future events for each individual tournament company.
: 0 games played= full refund (minus 20% administration fee) This fee helps offset the pre-tournament costs associated with the event.
: 1 game played= 50% refund
: 2 or more games played= no refund

Louisiana College, Southeast Ark, BRCC, Holmes, Hinds, SMCC, LSUA, LA Tech, Meridian & John Melvin. We will update as schools commit.
CAMP INFORMATION
We're excited about this year's camp on Friday! Here's some important information to help you prepare:
**Pitchers and Catchers:**
* Check-in will be from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
* Please begin warming up after you check in.
* We'll start at 6:00 PM.
* **Important:** All pitchers must bring their own catcher.
**All Other Positions:**
* Check-in will be from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
* Please begin warming up after you check in.
* The second part of the camp will start at 7:00 PM. Pitchers and catchers are welcome to join us after they complete their specialized session.
**General Reminders for All Campers:**
* Please bring your own water.
* Ensure you have all your necessary equipment.
