To help with the player treat bags, teams are encouraged to bring $25 worth of halloween candy for the bags. This amount will be deducted from the entry fee for the team (dropping it to $125). If teams pay online, we will issue a $25 refund. Or, you can pay the full entry fee and we will handle the purchase!

Additional NoteCome join us for a FUN weekend of ball! In the spirit of Halloween – we will have the following two contests for the players (and adults) to participate in:
COSTUME CONTEST: We will award prizes for the best dressed teams in the event. Players can wear costumes during games on Saturday (must have a number on back but can be taped on, etc. if necessary). We will take a group picture on Saturday and winners will be announced on Sunday morning!
TENT CONTEST: Teams are invited to decorate a team tent. Tents will be lined up at entrance to fields to be voted on by everyone. It’s a fun thing for teams to get creative on! We will award prizes for the best/most creative decorated tents. (Lots of ideas on google)
