Tournament Refund Policy

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

Once an event has started and then cancelled due to rain, lightning or any other reason out of the control of the event director the following guidelines will be in place. All monies not refunded as part of these guidelines can and should be credited to future events for each individual tournament company:

0 games played= full refund (minus 20% administration fee) This fee helps offset the pre-tournament costs associated with the event.

: 1 game played= 50% refund

: 2 or more games played= no refund

GATE FEES:

Fans enter at their own risk once entered we do not refund unless the complete tournament is called with no games played in any age group. 

Gate Fee: $10 per person 8yr old and under FREE. 

Pool Seeding

USSSA Pool Standings Sorted on the following:

1) Winning Percentage - Descending
2) Number Wins - Descending
3) Number Loses - Ascending
4) Tied Teams (vs. each other) Winning Pct - Descending [Not valid if all tied teams have not played each other]
5) Avg Points Allowed - Ascending
6) Avg Run Differential with a maximum of (8) - Descending
7) USSSA Points - Descending
8) Date Team Entered USSSA Database

Once past a tie breaker do not return to previous

Entry Fee Prepayment

Payments

Coaches, payments are due at minimum 14 days (3 Fridays) prior to the event. If you have not paid, we will remove you and add a team from waiting list.  Also, we do not refund entries once teams have paid. If you choose not to play prior to schedule being released and we can replace you, we will hold a credit for a future event in the same season only. If you drop once schedule is released, we will not refund or hold credit you forfeit the payment. If you need assistance or have questions please contact me.
