Refund Policy
SHOWCASE REFUND POLICY:
This is a limited Team Event.
If a Team drops after their entry fee has been paid and a replacement team can be found, the team will receive a refund minus a 20% Administrative Fee.
If a Team drops after their Team entry fee has been paid and no replacement team can be found, no refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation due to weather:
0 games played= full refund, minus 20% administration fee to cover pre event cost.
: 1 game played= 50% refund
: 2 or more games played= No Refund
