All, Today's schd has been adjusted online. My apologies for this morning. We have a targeted start time for 1100. We are NOT cutting the loser's bracket. As of now we will play this out. Game times have been cut to 60 minutes. Looks like rain will be exiting the area within the next hr and should be clear for the remainder of the day. We did have two teams drop and the schd has been adjusted to reflect that. IF YOU ARE NOT PLAYING PLEASE LET US KNOW NOW SO WE CAN MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. Start time at both parks are delayed. We will try to get started back at 9 but will revisit that time as we get closer. We have no Plans to cancel this event, rain looks to be gone mid morning. Thank you for your patience.

LIVE OAK ONLY - 610 Sat night games will be rescheduled for Sunday. 10c will move from LIVE OAK to LPR on Sunday to accommodate this rescheduling. 410 games at LIVE OAK will be completed tonight. Schedule will be adjusted online shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Good morning, After monitoring the forecast the last few days and again this morning, we have decided to adjust the format for this event. We are making this decision with the current local forecast and believing this gives us a better chance to finish the event with minimal interruptions. The local forecast shows a line of rain coming into the area around 6-7pm Saturdayand exiting Sunday morning. With this information we have decided to cut a pool game in an effort to start bracket earlier and exit the park Saturday prior to the forecasted rain effecting us too much. This event will now be a 1-2, one pool to a double elimination bracket. All game Times remain as originally scheduled. Bracket will stay seeded by USSSA Points, bracket matchups will not change. All teams with 0800 pool games Saturday will stay in those slots. All other teams will be adjusted to fill In behind those 0800 games. Bracket will start after pool. These adjustments will be made online today as soon as we can. All Teams should be prepared to play at 0910 unless you have an originally scheduled 0800 game. We believe this adjustment will give us the best chance to finish this event with minimal interruptions. However if Mother Nature does not cooperate, does not follow the forecast and we have delays that put us way behind our next steps would be to #1 keep Format the same and reduce game times and then #2 drop the losers bracket and play out the winners bracket.
