OAK VILLA ONLY:
You may begin warming up, First pitch for the 0800 games will be at 0945. Times will be updated online.
LPR:
Was able to start the 0800 games but paused play. They are resuming play now. We will update the times online after the first round of games are completed.

My apologies for the late notice. We will have a delayed start today. Once the rain clears we will send another message out. Teams will have 30 mins to warm up and we will begin play. Thank you for your patience.

All,
We have been monitoring the forecast for tomorrow. Baton Rouge?s local news future cast shows the line of rain being through the area at approximately 0630-0700. With that we are still planning on a 0800 start at this time. If at 0800 we need a to wait for the last few showers to pass we will do that onsite.
If the forecast or the weather make us change our start time drastically I will send another email out in the morning.
As of now we are planning to start at 0800 or very close to it.

If you have already taken care of your entry fee, Thank You. You can disregard the rest of this message.
If you are receiving this email your Squad is registered for the Angels for Autism Event here in the Capitol Region on April 5th and 6th. This is event is now full with just three open spots remaining.
We are requesting prepayment of your entry fee via the USSSA online payment system by Monday March 17th.
Failure to address this request or contact us regarding it, will result in your removal from the event.
If your plans for playing in this event have changed please let us know so we can remove you.
Once all teams are paid and confirmed we will be able to make park assignments. We do not know those at this time. Once we have them, we will send them out.
Your attention to this request is greatly appreciated.
