Event Updates
PAYMENT
Coaches, payments are due at a minimum 30 days before the event. If you have not paid, we will remove you and add a team from the waiting list. Also, we do not refund entries once teams have paid. If you choose not to play before the schedule is released, and we can replace you, we will hold a credit for a future event in the same season only. If you drop once the schedule is released, we will not refund or hold credit you forfeit the payment.

Refund Policy:
No games 100% - One Game 75% Two Games 50% Three or more 0%
Started game that play two or more innings will be considered a game.
Fans enter at their own risk into the park. Wristbands are not refunded once entered.
GATE FEE'S
GATE FEES:
Fans enter at their own risk once entered we do not refund unless the complete tournament is called with no games played in any age group.
Gate Fee: $10 per person 8yr old and under FREE.
